Three rides for Chris Gordon

Tom, has three booked rides for

Won Irish point in October but made just a mildly encouraging hurdle debut last month.

Trainer Chris Gordon, views - This boy won a slow ground Irish Point in October but

finished a distant fourth on his British/hurdling debut at Plumpton last time out.

The step up in trip and the slower ground today should all be in his favour though and he

feels as if he's come on from that last run at home.

Owners - Holman, Widdows, Banks & Lloyd.

Must for the shortlist after running away with the Sussex National; up a fair 7lb.

Trainer Chris Gordon, views - This boy is a dual hurdle winner who was a maiden over

fences until putting that right in no uncertain terms when winning Plumpton's

Sussex National (3m4f, soft) by a comfortable 7 lengths from Pemberley.

He jumped well last time in the first time visor and all things considered, a 7lb rise

could of been a lot worse. He is suited to this ground and trip so we are hoping for another

good run from him, he retains the visor.

Owner - Mr Anthony Ward-Thomas.

Trainer Chris Gordon, has a 20% strike rate with his chases at Lingfield showing +11.85

Looked to handle heavy ground over C&D before Christmas; options improved now handicapping.

Trainer Chris Gordon, views - This boy has been pretty consistent so far in his hurdling

career getting an official rating of 113 after those three runs.

He finished second over C&D on heavy ground against a nice one of Dan Skelton's (Viva Lavilla) and then finished a close third last time out to a smart horse of Gary Moore's (Essential Jaco) which has since been second. He should cope with the ground and we know he gets the trip so fingers crossed

for another good run.

Owners - Cox, Russel, Lloyd, Finnegan & Scanlon.

Tom is sponsored by Please Bet Responsibly.
